Scotts Valley, then Ben Lomond

Jessica is a second-generation local. She grew up in Scotts Valley and has worked alongside her father’s business in Ben Lomond since she was eight years old, which is where her connection to the Santa Cruz Mountains, and her work ethic, began. She later moved to Ben Lomond.

Jessica has more than twenty years of customer service experience and more than a decade of owning a business. She has also worked extensively in property management, which gives her a practical view of how a property runs, what makes a sound investment and how a home holds its value over time.

Jessica is a mother of three and an active member of the Baymonte Christian School community. Supporting local families in the place she calls home matters to her.

Where she works

Most of her sales since 2021 are in the San Lorenzo Valley (Ben Lomond, Boulder Creek, Felton and Brookdale), with others in Scotts Valley and Capitola, and her current listing is in Felton. She works throughout Santa Cruz County, including Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, Aptos, Capitola, Soquel and Bonny Doon, and her experience extends to Monterey, Santa Clara, San Benito and San Mateo counties.
